Founding member of BildungsLAB. As a certified coach and group facilitator with a degree in ‘Systems Dynamics for creative and nature-based design’ she places special emphasis on group dynamics and experiential learning. While having worked with groups and individuals for over more than 25 years, Silvia has also designed and led multiple international initiatives. Her work combines Systemic Constellation Work with an original and profound multidisciplinary process that renders both challenges and solutions visible and tangible. Silvia’s signature method leads to powerful breakthroughs for individual coaches, group facilitators, and influencers.
JUERGEN SCHROEDER
Creative Director/Design Instructor
Creative Director and Facilitator with extensive experience in publication design, working with design agencies and full-service agencies for corporations and independent clients. Founder of 20circles design agency. Jürgen Schroeder developed and established brand strategies and identities. He identifies hidden opportunities and develops innovative solutions by leveraging idea generation and buy-in from key stakeholders. As senior level creative expert and brand strategist with over fifteen years of success, his passion is to develop original branding and marketing philosophies and leveraging innovation to drive outstanding results. His distinct lateral thinking skills are essential in the implementation of pragmatic and innovative design techniques for achieving outstanding results.
BARBARA SCHWANZER
Digital Communication Specialist
A motivated and dedicated professional with in-depth knowledge of website maintenance, social media support and content design. As a digital communication specialist, Barbara provides support in the daily tasks of online communication. She also contributes her knowledge by working independently as a project assistant on several transnational projects and always completes her tasks reliably thanks to her initiative and quick comprehension. She is an ambitious, eager to learn and creative personality and has a lot of experience in online marketing, content and graphic design as well as communication.
VERENA GERSTL
Project Coordination
Verena Gerstl is a reliable and motivated expert with in-depth expertise in project coordination and management. In her role as project coordinator, she is responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of international projects and ensures that they are carried out efficiently and in a targeted manner. Thanks to her experience in independently managing transnational projects and her proactive approach, she always carries out her tasks with great care. Verena is a solution-oriented and proactive personality who makes a decisive contribution to the success of projects with her skills in planning, implementation and communication.

Manuela Renner is an experienced Project Finance Manager with expertise in Sales, Controlling, Marketing and Communication. She combines deep financial knowledge with strategic approaches to develop tailored solutions. With her experience in both large corporations and SMEs, she supports companies in repositioning and development processes. Her focus is on efficient budget planning, cost control, and the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies, always with a clear eye on financial goals.

External Engagement Strategist
A dynamic and dedicated professional with a proven track record in building relationships, managing cross-functional projects, and generating social media growth; Linda has worked with nonprofit organizations in the United States and is further expanding her expertise in this field at BildungsLAB Hands & Minds Learning Center (Austria). She contributes her expertise to several transnational projects, meets deadlines and objectives, and fosters engagement through strategic social media copywriting. Linda is an enthusiastic and creative individual with a hands-on mentality and brings over 3 years of experience in communication, marketing, and research.
ANITA BRUENNER
Science Education Research Manager
Dr. Anita Brünner is a freelance educational scientist. Her teaching and research focus and in-depth know-how are in the areas of educational science, teaching-learning research, project development and project management, educational planning and training.
